Displaying product variant details (such as size, color, or material) can serve two purposes:
In review request emails, variant details help your customers recognize the exact product they purchased, making it easier for them to leave accurate feedback.
In the Review Widget, variant details show potential buyers which specific version of the product the review refers to, helping them find the most relevant feedback before making a purchase decision.
Considerations
Variant details are displayed with the label "Variant:" followed by the actual variants of the product (e.g., Variant: S / Beige or Variant: Light Lavender). At the moment, you can't customize or change the variant label text to something else like "Color" or "Size".
Product variants in the review request emails
Product variant details are automatically included in all review request emails and on the Judge.me-hosted review collection page. No setup is required. Customers will see the exact variant they purchased, along with its image, making it easier for them to leave accurate reviews.

Product variants in the Review Widget
When enabled, the variant information appears with the review in the Review Widget and All Reviews widget, so potential customers can see exactly which size, color, or material the review refers to.

To display product variants in the Review Widget and All Reviews widget:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Widgets.
In the Review Widget card, click Customize.
Scroll down and open the Review card details section.
Scroll down to the bottom of this section.
Enable "Show product variants if available".
Click Save.
Once enabled, it might take up to 5 days to backfill product variant information for historical reviews and display it in the widgets.
