Review links are useful in these cases:
Customer support follow-up: Share the link in one-on-one chats or helpdesk replies to collect feedback after resolving an issue.
Email newsletters: Add the review link in your regular store updates or seasonal campaigns to prompt feedback from loyal customers.
New product launches: Invite past customers to try and review new arrivals, using the link as part of a soft launch or early access promo.
Giveaways and incentives: Run a "Review & Win" campaign where customers who leave a review using the link are entered into a prize draw or get a discount code.
Types of review links and how they work
Product review collection link (redirects to Judge.me page)

Here's how a product review collection link that redirects to Judge.me page works:
You share the review link for a specific product with your customer.
The customer clicks the review link and is redirected to a Judge.me hosted page for that product, which contains 2 forms.
The review form to enter their review, which includes:
The "How was your experience with" header to show the product being reviewed
Fields that the customer can enter:
Star rating selection and a red "Please choose your rating." message (if no star rating is selected)
Review title: a short headline for the review
Write a review: the main review content
Name: their name
Email address: their email address, which will be used for verification and not displayed publicly
The Publish review as dropdown for the customer choose how chooses how their name will appear (John Smith, John S, John, J.S., Anonymous)
The "How we use your data: We’ll only contact you about the review you left, and only if necessary. By submitting your review, you agree to Judge.me’s terms, privacy and content policies." policy text
The Submit Review ➔ button to move to the next form
The media form to add a photo or video to their review, which includes:
The same "How was your experience with" header.
The Add a photo or video field for the customer to upload a photo or video (optional).
The Submit Review ➔ button to complete the process.
Once submitted, the review will appear in your Reviews Dashboard with the source marked as "Shareable link".
We then use the same validation process as web reviews to validate the review.

Here's how a product review collection link that redirects to in-store review form works:
You share the review link for a specific product with your customer.
The customer clicks the link and is redirected to your product page with the Write a review form readily open.
On this page, they follow the regular web review submission flow.
We use the same validation process as web reviews to validate the review.

Here's how an all products page link works:
You share the review link with your customer.
The customer scans the QR code and is redirected to a Judge.me hosted page, which include 3 forms:
The product form to select which product to review, which includes:
The "Review your latest purchase from" to show the store being reviewed
The Type below the name of the product you want to review field to select a product
Once a product is selected, the Write a review ➔ button will show to move to the next form
The review form and the media form same as the product review collection QR code that redirects to a Judge.me page

Here's how a store review link works:
You share the review link with your customer.
The customer clicks the link and is redirected to a Judge.me hosted page for your store, which include the review form and the media form same as the product review collection QR code that redirects to a Judge.me page.
Once submitted, the review will appear in your Reviews Dashboard as Store review with the source marked as "Shareable link".
Considerations
Review links are public by design. That means anyone who clicks the review link can submit a review, even if they haven’t purchased the product. Web review restriction does not apply to review links.
How to create a review link
To get a review link:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Request reviews.
Scroll down to the Collection channels section.
Click Manage on the right of Links, QR codes and point of sale review collection.
There, you can create a product-specific review link:
In the Product review collection link section, search for your product you want to get the review link for.
Under Redirect reviewers to, choose from these options:
"Judge.me page (recommended)" to redirect the customer to a Judge.me hosted page
"In-store review form" to redirect the customer to the Write a review form on your product page
Click Copy link to clipboard.
You can also create a general review link for all products:
Scroll down to the All products page link section.
Click Copy link to clipboard.
To create a review link for the store:
Scroll down to the Store review link section.
Click Copy link to clipboard.
Add QR codes to your POS receipts
If you’re using Shopify Point of Sale (POS), you can create a QR code for your printed receipt using the review link:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Click Point of Sale, then click Open sales channel.
On the left menu, go to Point of Sale > Settings.
In the Customize section, go to Receipts.
Scroll down to the QR code section on the left menu.
Enable "Custom QR code".
In the Title field, enter something like "Scan the QR code to leave your review!"
In the URL field, paste in the All products page link or Store review link.
Click Save.
