Review links are useful in these cases:
Customer support follow-up: Share the link in one-on-one chats or helpdesk replies to collect feedback after resolving an issue.
Email newsletters: Add the review link in your regular store updates or seasonal email campaigns to prompt feedback from loyal customers.
New product launches: Invite past customers to try and review new arrivals, using the link as part of a soft launch or early access promo.
Giveaways and incentives: Run a "Review & Win" campaign where customers who leave a review using the link are entered into a prize draw or get a discount code.
Types of review links and how they work

Here’s how a product review collection link works:
You share the review link for a specific product with your customer.
The customer clicks the review link and is taken to the review flow for that product.
The review flow follows your store’s Collection flow settings, including:
your review confirmation setting
your redirect setting
your review form styling and flow preferences
Depending on your verification setting, one of these flows can happen:
the customer confirms their email before submitting a review
the customer submits the review first and confirms their email afterward
the customer submits the review without email confirmation if confirmation is disabled
Once submitted, the review will appear in your Reviews Dashboard with the source marked as Shareable link.
If the customer’s email is confirmed and matches an order, the review can be verified automatically.

Here’s how an all products page link works:
You share the review link with your customer.
The customer opens the link and is taken to the review flow based on your store’s Collection flow settings.
Depending on your verification setting:
if confirmation happens before review submission, the customer confirms their email first and can then see suggested products based on past purchases, if available
if confirmation happens after review submission, the customer can search for a product or write a store review first, then confirm their email afterward
if confirmation is disabled, the customer can submit a review without receiving a confirmation email
Once submitted, the review will appear in your Reviews Dashboard with the source marked as Shareable link.
If the customer’s email is confirmed and matches an order, the review can be verified automatically.

Considerations
Review links are public by design. Anyone who has the review link can submit a review, even if they haven’t purchased the product.
Depending on your confirmation setting, customers may confirm their email before submitting a review, after submitting a review, or submit a review without email confirmation if confirmation is disabled.

How to create a review link
To get a review link:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Request reviews > Links, QR codes and point of sale review collection.
There, to create a product-specific review link:

Add QR codes to your POS receipts
If you’re using Shopify Point of Sale (POS), you can create a QR code for your printed receipt using the review link:
From your Shopify admin, go to Point of Sale > Settings.
In the Customize section, go to Receipts.
Open Footer.
Enable "Custom QR code".
Enter something like "Scan the QR code to leave your review!" as a label for your QR code.
In the URL field, paste in the All products page link or Store review link.
Click Save on the top right.
