Admin notification emails

The Admin Notifications settings let you control where and how notifications are sent.


Types of admin notifications

The admin notifications include:

  • Sample emails (e.g. for the review requests, coupons,...)

  • Import result

  • Review notifications (optional)

  • Question notifications (optional)


Receivers for admin notifications

To add more email addresses or to change the email addresses that we should send the admin notifications to:

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Admin notifications.

  2. In the Admin notification emails field, enter up to 3 email addresses separated by commas. For example: storeowner@example.com, support@example.com, teamlead@example.com .

  3. Click Save.
    ​


Review notifications

To receive an email notification when a new review is submitted:

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Admin notifications.

  2. In the Admin notifications section, check the box next to "Notify me when a new review is created".

  3. Click Save.

To receive the notifications for negative review at a different email address than the admin notification emails:

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Admin notifications.

  2. Scroll down to the Negative review notifications section.

  3. In the Negative review star rating dropdown, choose the threshold for what counts as a negative review:

    • "No review is negative"

    • "2 stars or less"

    • "3 stars or less"

    • "4 stars or less"

    • "All reviews are negative"

  4. Check the box next to "Receive negative review notifications at a different email".

  5. In the Negative review notifications email field, enter up to 3 email addresses separated by commas. For example: storeowner@example.com, support@example.com, teamlead@example.com .

  6. Click Save.


Question notifications

To receive an email notification when a new question is submitted:

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Admin notifications.

  2. In the Admin notifications section, check the box next to "

    Notify me when a new question is posted".

  3. Click Save.


Troubleshooting


I didn't receive any email notifications for new reviews

If you see new reviews in your dashboard but didn't receive email notifications:

  1. Check if you've enabled "Notify me when a new review is created".

  2. Check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered.

  3. Confirm that your email address is listed correctly under Admin notification emails.

  4. Try adding a different email address (e.g. a personal Gmail) to see if the issue is specific to an email address or domain.
