The Ako Marketing integration lets Ako Marketing give customers points or discount codes for their reviews. It gives customers a reason to write a review.
How the Ako Marketing integration works
Here's how a review earns points or discount codes in Ako Marketing:
A customer leaves a review.
Judge.me sends Ako Marketing a webhook when a customer leaves a review.
Ako Marketing adds points or discount codes if the review matches the earning rule you set up in Ako Marketing, which covers the reward and its value, whether any customer or only buyers can earn it, whether the review needs a title and body, and the minimum star rating.

Before you set up the Ako Marketing integration, review the following considerations:
This integration is available on the Judge.me Reviews Awesome plan and the Ako Marketing Platinum plan or higher.
This integration is developed and maintained by the Akohub team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Akohub support.
Judge.me doesn't send a webhook for imported reviews.
Set up the Ako Marketing integration
Step 1: Connect Judge.me to Ako Marketing
To connect Judge.me to Ako Marketing:
From your Ako Marketing app, go to Loyalty Program.
In the Settings section, click Integration.
On the Judge.me card, click Connect.
On the Judge.me authorization screen, click Authorize.
Step 2: Enable Ako Marketing in Judge.me
To enable Ako Marketing in Judge.me:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Settings > Integrations > AkoMarketing: Loyalty & Retargeting Ads.
Select Enable AkoMarketing.
If you send coupons through Judge.me, click Continue in the Disable Judge.me coupons message.
Click Save on the top right.
Step 3: Reward reviews in Ako Marketing
To reward customers for writing a review in Ako Marketing:
From your Ako Marketing app, go to Loyalty Program.
In the Ways to Earn Reward section, click Edit next to Write a product review.
For Reward Type, select one of the following options:
Points
Discount Code
In the Reward Conditions section, choose which customers and reviews earn the reward.
Turn on the Status toggle.
Click Save.
