If you recently installed Judge.me but have fulfilled orders from before, you can still collect reviews from those customers. This feature allows you to retrieve past Shopify fulfilled orders and send automated review requests, helping you quickly build social proof and trust for your store.
Send review requests for past orders
To schedule review requests for past Shopify orders:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Collect Reviews > Request History.
Click the Schedule Requests button on the top right.
In the Schedule requests for previous orders section, click the Schedule requests for previous orders button.
Under Send requests for orders created starting from, set the starting date to retrieve orders from.
Under Maximum number of emails to send for each order, choose the maximum number of emails each customer can receive (we recommend 1).
Click Send requests.

To schedule review requests for past Shopify orders:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Request reviews.
In the Schedule requests for previous Shopify orders section, click Schedule requests.
In the Schedule requests for previous orders pop-up:
Under Send requests for orders created starting from, select the starting date of past orders. Judge.me will retrieve orders from that date up to today.
Under Maximum number of emails to send for each order, choose how many review emails each customer should receive (we recommend 1).
Click Send requests.
Manage your review requests
After you have clicked the Send requests button, we’ll process your request and notify you via email.
There is a 10-minute delay before emails are sent—this gives you time to make final changes.
To cancel or skip a request:
Go to Collect Reviews > Requests History.
Click the three dots next to the scheduled request.
Select Skip this request.
Review request conditions
Here’s how Judge.me filters and limits review requests:
We retrieve fulfilled orders from the current date back to your selected date, up to 5,000 orders. Once this limit is reached, we won’t schedule additional orders—even if you choose an earlier date.
Duplicate or unqualified orders (unfulfilled, blocklisted, or already processed) will be excluded.
We only send 1 email per customer every 7 days to avoid spamming.
