To check which order a review is linked to:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
In the Reviews dashboard, find the review you want to check.
Click the three-dot icon (...) on the right of the review.
If you see View order in Shopify, the review is linked to an order (e.g. reviews submitted via email requests). Click it to open the order in your Shopify admin.
If you don’t see this option, the review isn’t linked to any order.
