With Judge.me, you can do more than just reply to reviews—you can turn them around. By asking customers to update their reviews after resolving an issue, you show transparency and build trust. It’s a better, more authentic way to highlight great service.
When should you ask for a review update?
There are a couple of great moments to reach out and request an updated review:
After resolving a negative review: If you've addressed a customer's concerns and turned their experience around, it's the perfect time to invite them to share their updated thoughts.
When you’ve added new options to your review request: Just enabled photo/video uploads or additional questions to ask for customer experience? Encourage past reviewers to enhance their reviews with visuals or new answers.
