Share your best reviews automatically on social media to boost trust and drive traffic. With the social push feature, you can connect your Facebook Page, Instagram, and X accounts to automatically share selected reviews based on your preferences. Set the rules, customize your templates, and let your reviews work for you.
Step 1: Connect your social accounts
Connect Facebook and Instagram
In your Judge.me admin, go to Marketing and Social > Social Push > Authentication > Continue with Facebook.
Follow the next steps and ensure all permissions are granted during the process for the integration to work correctly.
After connection, your Facebook pages and Instagram account will appear in the Authentication section in Judge.me. Click Activate to choose the page/account you'd like to share reviews.
Notes:
You must be an admin of the Facebook Page you want to connect. Instagram must be linked to that Page, follow this guide to connect your Instagram to Facebook.
If you have previously connected Facebook without Instagram, please disconnect and restart the setup to allow Instagram access.
Connect X (Twitter)
In your Judge.me admin, go to Marketing and Social > Social Push > Authentication > Sign in with X.
Follow the next steps to authorize Judge.me to access your account.
After connection, your X account will appear in Judge.me.

Connect Facebook and Instagram
Go to Settings > Social Media > Facebook & Instagram > Facebook & Instagram Authentication.
Click Log In.
After connection, click Use this page or Use this account to activate your Facebook page or Instagram account.
Connect X (Twitter)
Go to Settings > Social Media > Facebook & Instagram > Twitter.
Click Login with Twitter.
Step 2. Set up automatic sharing rules
Go to Marketing and Social > Social Push > Automatic push criteria.
Choose Enable automatic social push.
Adjust the criteria:
Percentage of new reviews to be shared
Only share reviews above a certain rating
Option to share with or without images
Option to share only verified buyer reviews
Set a gap between posts (up to 24 hours)
Note: Reviews with PII or offensive language will be excluded. Censored content will show as ****.

Go to Settings > Social Media > Social Push Settings.
Adjust the social sharing criteria.
Step 3. Customize your post templates
Go to Marketing and Social > Social Push, scroll to the Push Template section.
Click on the specific tab to customize your templates for Facebook, Instagram, and X.
For Facebook and Instagram templates, you can choose to include a random review image or a product image (default is random). Text-only reviews will use the product image. If none exists, only the text will be shared.
Note: Instagram doesn’t support text-only reviews without an image.

Scroll down to find the Facebook Push Template and Instagram Push Template.
Customize the text as you want.
