Simple Bundles 2.0 integrates with Judge.me to help you collect reviews for parent bundle products.
Because parent bundles do not appear directly in Shopify orders, Judge.me cannot automatically send review requests for them. This integration bridges that gap by triggering review requests after fulfillment, allowing customers to leave feedback for the entire bundle — not just the individual items inside it.
With this integration enabled, you can:
Automatically collect reviews for bundle products
Keep bundle reviews separate from individual product reviews
Display reviews directly on bundle product pages
Considerations
Simple Bundles 2.0 and 1.0 are versions within the same Simple Bundles & Kits app.
This integration works with bundles created using Simple Bundles 2.0 only.
If you are using Simple Bundles 1.0, the parent bundle appears directly in the Shopify order. In that case, Judge.me can send review requests without needing this integration.
Bundle review requests appear as Manual in Judge.me and are not tied to specific order numbers.
Without enabling Use unique email addresses, bundle review requests may be blocked if the customer already receives review requests for child products.
Bundle reviews and individual product reviews are stored separately unless you use Review Grouping.
If a bundle product does not have a live product page, reviews cannot be displayed.
Any review request delay set in Simple Bundles works alongside your Judge.me review request settings.
How it works
Normally, when a customer purchases a bundle, the parent bundle does not appear directly in the Shopify order. Instead, only the child items are listed. However, once this integration is setup, and an order is fulfilled:
Simple Bundles notifies Judge.me through API.
Judge.me schedules a review request for the parent bundle product.
The customer receives the review request email.
Submitted reviews appear on the bundle product page.
Enable the Judge.me x Simple Bundles 2.0 integration
To set up the integration:
In Judge.me, go to Settings > Integrations.
Click View API token and copy your Private API token.
Open Simple Bundles 2.0 > Settings > Integrations > View integrations.
Find Judge.me Reviews, and click Connect.
Paste your API Token.
(Optional) Set the number of Days after fulfillment.
If empty, the bundle review request will be scheduled according to your Judge.me timing settings.
Enable Use unique email addresses.
When enabled, Simple Bundles appends +simplebundles to the customer email (for example, name+simplebundles@email.com).
This prevents Judge.me’s duplicate prevention system from skipping bundle review requests.
Save your settings.
Troubleshoot
Review requests are still sent for child items
Review requests are still sent for child items
If review requests are being sent for individual bundle components, you can disable review requests for those specific products.
To turn off review requests for child items:
In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Product management.
Locate the child product.
Click the three-dot menu next to the product.
Select Turn off review requests.
Note: When review requests are turned off for a child product, Judge.me will not send review requests for that product under any circumstances; whether it is purchased individually or as part of a bundle.
Bundle review requests are being skipped

If bundle review requests are not being created after fulfillment:
In Simple Bundles & Kits, go to Settings > Integrations.
Click View integrations.
Next to Judge.me Reviews, click View details.
Make sure Use unique email addresses is enabled.
Enabling unique email addresses prevents bundle review requests from being skipped by Judge.me’s duplicate prevention.
