You can display your Judge.me reviews directly on your Shopify checkout page using Checkout Review, a Judge.me partner.
Showing reviews at checkout helps reassure shoppers at the most important moment in the buying journey and can increase conversion rates — without changing how you collect reviews.
Once connected, your Judge.me reviews sync automatically and stay up to date.
Considerations
This feature is available on Judge.me's Free plan. But, requires the Growth plan on Checkout Review.
Checkout page customization is available only on Shopify Advanced and Shopify Plus plans. If your store is not on one of these plans, you can add the Checkout Review block directly to the Cart page instead.
How Checkout Review works with Judge.me
Checkout Review connects to your existing Judge.me account and uses your published reviews. Once set up:
Your Judge.me reviews are synced automatically
New reviews continue to sync regularly every 4 hours
Reviews are displayed at checkout using a Shopify app block
How to enable Checkout Review integration
To enable the integration with Checkout Review:
Install Checkout Review from the Shopify App Store.
In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Click View API token and copy your Private API token.
In Checkout Review, open Integrations from the left menu. (Available on the Growth plan)
Find Judge.me and click Connect.
Paste your Private API token and click Connect.
Wait a few minutes while your Judge.me reviews are synced.
Adding the Checkout Widget to your Checkout page
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout and click Customize.
In the checkout editor, click Add block and select Checkout Review.
Position the block where you want reviews to appear (recommended: below the order summary).
Click Save.
