If your Judge.me widgets or even your Judge.me admin dashboard don’t load properly, the issue is often related to your browser’s privacy or tracking protection settings.
Some browsers block third-party scripts by default, which can prevent Judge.me from displaying correctly. Below are the most common cases and how to fix them.
Firefox
Judge.me widgets
If you have enabled the Judge.me app embed, and your Judge.me widgets load correctly in other browsers but not in Firefox (for example, you or your customers see only the widget heading but no reviews), check your Enhanced Tracking Protection settings:
In your Firefox browser, click the 3-line icon (☰) on the top right.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
In the Enhanced Tracking Protection section at the top, see which protection option is enabled:
If "Standard" is selected: Judge.me widgets should display normally. No changes are needed.
If "Strict" is selected: This may block Judge.me widgets. Switch to "Standard" and click Reload All Tabs.
If "Custom" is selected: make sure you're not blocking "Cookies".
Judge.me admin dashboard
If your Judge.me admin dashboard (including the Reviews dashboard and the Settings dashboard) shows a blank screen, check your Enhanced Tracking Protection settings:
In your Firefox browser, click the 3-line icon (☰) on the top right.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
In the Enhanced Tracking Protection section at the top, see which protection option is enabled:
If "Standard" is selected: Judge.me admin dashboard should display normally. No changes are needed.
If "Strict" is selected: This may block Judge.me admin dashboard from loading. Switch to "Standard" and refresh your pages.
If "Custom" is selected: make sure you're not blocking "Tracking content".
