This is a step-by-step guide for integrating Flits with Judge.me. This guide will show you how to enable the Flits integration and set the Product Review rule.
Before you begin
Review platform integration is only available on Flits' paid plans.
Set up Flits x Judge.me
Step 1: Enable Loyalty program in Flits
To enable Flits' Loyalty program:
From your Flits admin, go to Loyalty program > Loyalty.
In the Loyalty program status section, click Activate.
Click Save.
Step 2: Enable Flits integration in Judge.me
To enable Flits in Judge.me:
From your Judge.me admin, go to General settings > Integrations.
Search for Flits.
In the Enable Flits section, select "Enable Flits".
In the API token section, click the Generate token button.
Click Save.
Step 3: Set up the reward rule
To set up how many points you want to give for each review:
From your Flits admin, go to Loyalty program > Loyalty.
In the Reward rules section, find "Product Review" and click Edit.
In the Earning value section, enter the amount you want to reward for each review.
Optional:
In the Comment field, enter a description.
Enable "Set points limit on earning product points" and adjust the Points limit and Time limit to your likings.
In the STATUS section on the right, select "Active".
Click Save.

Troubleshoot
I clicked "Generate token" but it doesn't do anything
I clicked "Generate token" but it doesn't do anything
Issue:
When going to General settings > Integrations > Flits, you clicked the Generate token button but it's unresponsive or just redirect you back to the General settings page.
Why it happens:
If the Generate token button is not working, it's typically because Flits' Loyalty program hasn't been activated.
How to fix:
Follow Step 1: Enable Loyalty program in Flits and make sure the Loyalty program is activated, then try to click the Generate token button again.
