Troubleshoot

I can't click Upgrade to Awesome in the Shopify mobile app

Issue:

You're using Shopify mobile app and try to click the Upgrade to Awesome button but it seems to be unresponsive.

Why it happens:

The Upgrade to Awesome button might be unresponsive in Shopify mobile app due to limitations in the embedded browser, which may block certain types of redirects or payment flows, making upgrade actions unresponsive. While it might also be a bug, we're still investigating the root cause.

How to fix:

For now, we recommend completing the upgrade from a desktop browser instead.

Downgrade to the Free plan

To downgrade to the Free plan:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Plan.

  • Click End the subscription on the top left.

  • Click the Downgrade to Free plan button.

  • Once you've downgraded, we will send you a following confirmation email from pj@judge.me with the subject "Your Judge.me plan has been updated".

FAQs

What happened if I downgrade my plan mid-cycle?

When you downgrade, the change is applied immediately and you’ll no longer have access to the Awesome features, regardless of how much time is left in your billing period.

To get the most value from your subscription, we recommend downgrading at the end of your billing cycle.
