We may authorize certain third-party sub-processors to process your data, depending on the features you've enabled in your Judge.me settings. Under Article 6 of the UK GDPR, our legal basis for sharing this data is the need to fulfill our contractual obligations to you as a Judge.me user.
When data is transferred internationally, we apply one of the following safeguards:
Standard Contractual Clauses: We employ standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries as stipulated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in addition to the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, commonly known as the Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum.
Article 45 of the UK GDPR: Alternatively, we adhere to the provisions outlined in Article 45 of the UK General Data Protection Regulations (Article 45 of the UK GDPR) for international data transfers.
