Reports

Reports offer valuable insights into your reviews, helping you enhance your future performance.

To see your reports:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to Home and click the View reports button.

  • You'll see three tabs at the top:

    • Reviews

    • Email Requests

    • Revenue

  • Click on each tab to explore specific metrics and download reports as needed.

1. Reviews reports

The Reviews tab gives you a comprehensive overview of your store’s review performance, including ratings, sources, trends, and trust metrics.

Here’s what you’ll find in the Reviews reports:

Published reviews rating

  1. Average rating by creation date chart: see the monthly average rating of your published reviews

  2. Review rating breakdown chart: see how many 5-star, 4-star, etc., reviews you’ve received

All reviews performance

  1. Reviews over time chart: see the number of reviews you received each month

  2. Reviews by source chart: see where your reviews came from:

    • organic (web reviews)

    • collected by invite (email reviews)

    • imported from a CSV file

    • or imported from AliExpress

  3. Most reviewed products chart: see a list of your top 10 most reviewed products including:

    • Product name (with clickable links)

    • The average rating for that product

    • Total number of reviews for that product

Scores and medals

  1. Trust scores chart: See your:

  2. Store medals chart: see the medals you have achieved

2. Email Requests reports

The Email Requests tab helps you monitor the effectiveness of your review request emails, including open rates, click-throughs, and review conversion.

Here’s what you’ll find in the Email Requests reports:

Review request analytics

  1. Requests sent over time chart: See how many review requests were sent each month.

  2. Requests conversion chart: see how many review requests were sent, opened, clicked, and resulted in a review.

  3. Request performance by email templates chart:

Request sequence and statuses

  • Requests sent by sequence chart: see the performance of each email template, including:

    • Template name (with clickable links)

    • Number of emails sent using that template

    • Number of emails opened

    • Number of clicks from that template

    • Number of reviews received from that template

    • The review conversion rate (%) of that template

3. Revenue reports

The Revenue tab helps you track the impact of Judge.me on your store’s sales by attributing revenue and orders generated through your published reviews and email requests.

Here’s what you’ll find in the Revenue report:

  1. Revenue generated by Judge.me chart: see the monthly revenue generated by Judge.me (in USD)

  2. Orders generated by Judge.me chart: see the monthly number of orders generated by Judge.me

  3. Revenue by source chart: see where the orders generated by Judge.me come from, including:

    • Review request - Email

    • Review site - Referred

    • Review site - Converted

    • Coupons

  4. Recent orders generated by Judge.me chart: see a table of recent orders generated by Judge.me, including:

    • Order number

    • The date the order was fulfilled

    • The customer

    • The source of the order

    • Total revenue from the order
