Easily collect more reviews by sending SMS requests through ConvertWay. This guide walks you through the setup process, from license key integration to customizing SMS requests.
What this integration does
The Judge.me + ConvertWay integration lets you automatically send review requests via SMS after order fulfillment. Ideal for stores collecting phone numbers, this integration helps increase review collection rates without relying solely on email.
How to set up the integration
Step 1: Install both apps
Install Judge.me Product Reviews from the Shopify App Store.
Install SMS & WhatsApp Flow ConvertWay (free to install; additional charges may apply).
Step 2: Copy your ConvertWay license key
In your Shopify Admin, open ConvertWay.
Go to Settings > Profile and copy the License Key.
Step 3: Add the license key in Judge.me
In your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations.
Search for ConvertWay and click Connect.
Choose Enable ConvertWay and paste the License Key.
Step 4: Enable Judge.me Product Review in ConvertWay
In ConvertWay, go to Flows.
Select the Judge.me's Product Review flow.
Click Save & Enable to turn on the ConvertWay SMS template.
Step 5: Customize your SMS requests in Judge.me
Fine-tune your review requests in Collect Reviews > Schedule and Reminders > Collect reviews via SMS > Set up.
You can adjust:
SMS from: Choose the sender name (e.g. store name or personal name).
Request schedules:
Set how many SMS requests are sent per order.
Adjust the length and timing of each request.
Once enabled, SMS review requests will be automatically sent after orders are fulfilled. You can monitor the status of all requests in your Requests dashboard.
