Why don’t I see my review published yet?
Why don’t I see my review published yet?
When you submit a review, it first goes through the store’s moderation process before appearing online.
Many stores use moderation to:
Prevent spam or inappropriate content
Double-check details or resolve issues before publishing
If your review hasn’t appeared yet, it’s likely still under moderation. If you don’t see your review after some time, we suggest reaching out to the store directly for an update.

When submitted a review, your email address is never displayed publicly. Only the name you enter will appear next to your review.
If you notice your email address showing in your review, it’s likely because you accidentally included it in the review content itself. In that case, we recommend editing your review to remove the email address.
Review confirmation emails
I received a review confirmation email — what should I do?
I received a review confirmation email — what should I do?
When you leave a review on a store that uses Judge.me, we may send you an email asking you to confirm that the review came from you. This helps us verify reviews and build trust for other buyers.
If you did write the review:
In the confirmation email, you’ll see a button or link that says something like "Yes, it was me" or "Confirm my review". Just click that to confirm your review.
If you reply to the email (for example, by saying "Yes," "That was me," or "I left the review") instead of clicking the link, your review won’t be verified — to complete the process, please click the confirm button or link in the original confirmation email.
If you didn’t write the review:
No problem — if you don’t recognize the review, it may have been submitted using your email by mistake.
While the review won’t be marked as verified unless you confirm it, it may still appear on the store’s website.
To remove it:
Go to the Judge.me Reviews site and click Sign in on the top right.
Sign in using one of these options:
Enter the email address you used to write the review and click Send Magic Link — we’ll email you a one-click sign-in link.
Or sign in instantly with your Google or Facebook account.
Once signed in, go to the Reviews tab.
Find the review you want to delete.
Click the Trash icon then click Yes to confirm.

Judge.me is a third-party reviews platform that some online stores use to collect and display customer reviews. If you’re seeing "Judge.me" on a review form or in a review email, it usually means the store is using review software powered by Judge.me.
That said, Judge.me is not the seller, and we’re not involved in payments, shipping, returns, or customer service for the store. We also don’t endorse stores simply because they use our software.
For privacy and safety reasons, we typically can’t confirm whether a specific store is a Judge.me merchant. If you have concerns about a purchase, the best next step is to contact the store directly or seek help through your payment provider or relevant consumer protection channels.

Do you have a fraud prevention procedure?
Judge.me has measures in place to help protect the integrity of reviews and reduce abuse of our platform. For example, we monitor for suspicious activity and spam patterns, and we can take action when we detect misuse or policy violations related to reviews.
However, Judge.me is a reviews platform—not a marketplace or payment processor. That means we can’t verify a store’s transactions, confirm whether a purchase was legitimate, or investigate/refund orders. If your concern is about an order or payment, the fastest route is usually your bank/credit card provider or the relevant consumer protection channels.
