Managing subscribers and consent

View your subscribers synced from Shopify, understand consent statuses, and filter your list.

Available on the Free plan

The Subscribers page shows everyone who can receive your emails. Your list is synced from Shopify, so you add, edit, and tag subscribers in Shopify — Judge.me Email keeps its list up to date automatically.

How it works

All subscribers come from Shopify. When customers subscribe (through your popup, at checkout, or in Shopify), they appear here with their consent status. To force an update, click Refresh now; the page shows when it last synced.

The list shows these columns:

  • Customer — links to the customer in Shopify.

  • Consent status

  • Signup source

  • Signed up and Last updated

Consent statuses

  • Subscribed — opted in and can receive marketing emails.

  • Pending — signed up but hasn't confirmed yet (with double opt-in on).

  • Bounced — email delivery is failing to this address.

  • Unsubscribed — opted out of marketing emails.

Find and filter subscribers

  • Use the tabs to view All, Subscribed, Pending, or Unsubscribed.

  • Search by email to find a specific person.

  • Filter by Source (such as Popup or Checkout) or by Tag.

Adding or removing subscribers

Because the list mirrors Shopify, there's no import or export here. To add, tag, or remove customers, manage them in your Shopify admin — the changes sync back into Judge.me Email.
