The Judge.me and Mintt Instafeed integration helps you show product ratings directly inside your shoppable Instagram feed. When shoppers open a tagged product in the Instafeed popup, they can see the product’s star rating and review count before visiting the product page.
This adds social proof at the moment shoppers are considering a product, helping them shop with more confidence without leaving the feed.
How it works
When a shopper clicks a tagged product in your Mintt Instafeed popup, Instafeed reads the product’s star rating and review count from Shopify metafields. These are the same metafields Judge.me syncs automatically whenever reviews are published.
You manage review collection and moderation in Judge.me.
Instafeed handles the display inside your shoppable feed.
Ratings stay in sync automatically — no manual updates needed.
Considerations
This integration is developed and maintained by the Mintt Studio team. While we're happy to guide you where we can, the Mintt Studio team will be best equipped to assist you with any questions or issues.
Mintt Instafeed requires the Pro plan to tag products and show reviews in the shoppable popup.
Only products with at least one published Judge.me review show a rating in the Instafeed popup.
How it looks
Each tagged product card shows the product’s star rating and total review count from Judge.me. When shoppers tap the product card, they go to the product page, where they can read the full Judge.me review widget.
Products without published Judge.me reviews still display in the popup. They simply appear without stars or a review count, so there are no empty rating spaces.

Install the Instafeed ‑ Instagram Feed app
Enabling Judge.me reviews in Mintt Instafeed
To enable reviews in Instafeed:
Open Instafeed in your Shopify admin.
Go to the feed you want to update, then open its Settings.
Under Shopping experience, turn on Show reviews.
Click Save.
Ratings appear automatically on every tagged product that has published Judge.me reviews. You don't need to configure ratings for each product.
