Troubleshoot


I can’t log in to the Community

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.

  • Clear your browser cache and try again.

  • Open the site in an incognito/private browsing window.

  • If you requested a password reset, check your spam or junk folder.

  • If your community uses Single Sign-On (SSO), update your credentials through your primary login provider instead of Circle.


I want to change my email address

  1. Log in via desktop or mobile browser.

  2. Click your profile photo.

  3. Select Authentication.

  4. Enter your new email and current password.

  5. Save your changes.

If your new email is already registered with another Circle community, you may need to contact Circle support to remove the previous account.


I forgot my password

  1. Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

  2. Follow the instructions in the reset email.


I'm not receiving notifications

  1. Click your profile icon.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Adjust your preferences for email, in-app, or push notifications.


I'm experiencing platform issues (e.g., buttons missing, site crashing)

Refer to the Circle Member Support Center for platform-specific troubleshooting.
