We have now sunset Judge.me on all non-Shopify platforms.
We’ve recently made the decision to focus our full technical and support resources on Shopify, where we’re investing heavily in deeper integrations and long-term product development.
WooCommerce, Square, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Duda, and PrestaShop continue to offer great value to their users, and this decision wasn’t taken lightly, but we believe focusing on fewer platforms will allow us to deliver a better product for all our users.
Timeline
You’ll continue to have full access to Judge.me (including showing reviews on your storefront) until the following dates:
Platform | Sunsetting date |
WooCommerce | 31 October 2025 (accessible until 19 November) |
Square | 31 October 2025 (accessible until 12 November) |
Squarespace | 31 October 2025 (accessible until 19 November) |
Duda | 31 December 2025 |
BigCommerce | 12 January 2026 |
PrestaShop | 31 January 2026 |
We encourage you to use this time to explore your next steps and prepare your review data.
After the sunset date, access to all Judge.me functionalities and data will be permanently removed. Exporting your data is quick and easy — and we’ll guide you through it if needed.

FAQs
I love Judge.me. Is there a way to keep using it?
I love Judge.me. Is there a way to keep using it?
We love hearing that! Yes — Judge.me will continue to be fully supported on Shopify. Unfortunately, after the sunsetting date, Judge.me will no longer be accessible on WooCommerce, Square, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Duda and PrestaShop.
I have another store on Shopify. Will that be affected?
I have another store on Shopify. Will that be affected?
Not at all. If you're using Judge.me on Shopify, nothing changes. Your account and all functionality remain active and fully supported.
Why don’t you add a paid plan for WooCommerce instead of sunsetting?
Why don’t you add a paid plan for WooCommerce instead of sunsetting?
It genuinely means a lot to hear that you'd be willing to pay to continue using the app, and that you’ve found such value in it.
This sunset decision wasn’t made lightly. We explored multiple paths, including the option of keeping a paid tier on WooCommerce. In the end, we chose to focus all our technical and support resources on a single platform, Shopify, so we can deliver the highest possible standard of quality, reliability, and innovation long-term.
That level of commitment just wouldn’t be sustainable across multiple platforms at once - especially for the kind of product we believe Judge.me should be.
I received the "Why did you uninstall my Judge.me app" email
I received the "Why did you uninstall my Judge.me app" email
When we sunset our app on WooCommerce, Square, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Duda, and PrestaShop, the app will be marked as uninstalled in our system. This automatically triggers an email with the subject "Why did you uninstall my Judge.me app?" asking for feedback.
Because this email is sent due to the sunsetting process rather than an actual uninstallation by you, you can safely ignore it.

I tried to log in but got directed to Shopify
I tried to log in but got directed to Shopify
If you try to export reviews by logging in to your store from https://judge.me/login > My stores, you may be redirected to the Shopify App Store listing instead.
We recommend logging in to your store directly on your e-commerce platform first, then opening the Judge.me app from there to export your reviews.
