Managing Judge.me branding

Updated this week

Judge.me trust marks, including the Judge.me Verified Checkmark in widgets and the Powered by Judge.me label in emails, help you demonstrate to your customers that your reviews are collected through a reputable third-party platform.

At the same time, we understand that consistency with your own branding is important. That’s why, with the Awesome Plan, you have the option to keep or remove these elements β€” all from a single, centralized place.

In this guide, we'll show you how to adjust your Judge.me branding settings in widgets and emails.

Colors

Available on the Free plan

To change the primary color of all your widgets and emails:

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Branding

  2. In the Color section at the top, in the Primary color field, use the color picker or enter a hex code to select your preferred color. This primary color will be applied to the following elements:

    • In the Review Widget (legacy version), Floating Reviews Tab, and All Reviews widget:

      • Background of the Write review and Ask question button

      • Customer avatar (profile icon) and reviewer name text

      • Star icons

      • The rating distribution filter

      • Background of the Verified badge

      • Pagination links and buttons

      • Default sorting text

    • In the Star Rating Badge, Review Snippets widget, All Reviews Counter, Testimonials Carousel:

      • Star icons

  3. Click Save.

Powered by Judge.me

The "Powered by Judge.me" branding is placed at the bottom of the emails sent to your customers by default.

To remove the "Powered by Judge.me" branding:

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Branding

  2. Scroll down to the Judge.me trust marks (Recommended) section.

  3. Uncheck the box next to "Show Powered by Judge.me in emails".

  4. Click Save.

Judge.me Verified Checkmark

Our Judge.me Verified Checkmark (also a representation of our Judge.me logo) is enabled by default on these widgets:
