Posting Judge.me reviews to Google Business Profile with Zapier

In this guide, we'll show you how to use Zapier to integrate Judge.me with Google Business Profile, allowing you to automatically share your reviews as a post, with a "Buy" button linking to your product page.

Step 1: Get the API token

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations.

  • Click the View API token button on the top right.

  • Copy the Private API token.

Step 2: Create a new zap

Step 3: Add a trigger for new reviews

  • Click the Judge.me Select the event trigger to open the panel on the right.

  • Under Trigger event, select New review. This will trigger an event to Zapier when a new review is submitted.

  • Under Account, click Select and click + Connect a new account.

  • Fill in the following fields and click Yes, Continue to Judge.me:

  • Once you've connected Judge.me to Zapier, back in the Zapier zap editor, click Continue then click Test trigger.

Step 4: Add an action to post new reviews

  • Click the Google Business Profile Select the event action to open the panel on the right.

  • Under Action event, select Create post. This will post a review in your Google Business Profile.

  • Under Account, click Sign in and select the Google account you want to connect.

  • Once you've connected your Google Business Profile to Zapier, back in the Zapier zap editor, click Continue.

Step 5: Configure your action

In Google Business Profile's "Configure section" you can use multiple Judge.me review variables to create a template to share on your business profile.

Once you're happy with what information it will show, click continue to save this setup.

Note: you can also "Test" how the automation runs beforehand if you wish.

Final outcome

Now that this is setup and saved, your Judge.me reviews should appear on your Google Business Profile.
