Tricky assembly, but the comfort from Behemoth makes it worth it. Even slept on it for a night!

Great chair.

Chair is comfortable and value for money. However, some of the finishings are a bit rough around the edges but doesn't detract from the fact that it is a great product.

i researched many brands, but key was value for money(nothing overpriced) and good back support.
we in the end bought 2 chairs.
price was okay-could have been cheaper!! :-) (but its the cheapest amongst all out there- so i am happy).
back support was superb.
cushioning is just nice.
really guys, i am super happy. i got the fabric one-ash cloud/storm or something its called.....its not hot and feels natural and is NOT slippery.

Never owned a chair like this before. So i had my doubts about even buying online. But they have delivered and i gotta say its better than what i expected. For the price, there is no argument needed. My delivery had to be rescheduled but no biggie. Still amazing service.

Received the chair and took half an hour to assemble.
The end product is exactly what I was hoping. Very slick outlook at the same time comfortable. Totally worth the money.
Lumbar pillow and neck pillow are not really for me.

Hope this item will last 3-4 years for me as I always have peeling issue with leather product. This will be kept in view!

Been using for 5 days now. The quality is assured. Comfortable to sit on it for long hours. The mechanisms are of quality. No problem with the assembling

Bought as a birthday gift for my brother. Quite easy to assemble - approx 30 - 40 mins.

Great product with reasonable price. Comparing to other brands, i think APOL is worth the money for such a fantastic gamiong chair. Gotten the Behemoth for myself as i felt kraken is abit too tight, and I made the right decision. Spacious and comfortable.

Truly an amazing chair. From the moment you sit on it, you know it was the right choice. Need not say more. Either try it first then buy it or just buy it and enjoy it (like me). Also appreciate Jason came to deliver the leather cleaner cream kit 2 days after the delivery as they had forgotten. Excellent customer service and of course excellent chair. Would certainly recommend to my friends.

The response from the service team (thru social, email, sms) is great. Appreciate the responsiveness. However, sticking to the scheduled time could be better improved. The initial time booked through the website was asked to be rescheduled, which I let APOL decide when and they picked the date and time. They also didn't meet that timing. It was again rescheduled. Finally it came and there was some defect on the stitchings. I contacted them which they were again responsive to replace. Replacement schedule was also missed and rescheduled. Overall it's a nice chair, not sure about the durability considering the stitching defect (looks like it can happen thru time), hope it lasts.

went down to their showroom to check out their chairs and the staff that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful! showed me how to use the chair and their available models. they were also very swift in replacing a missing part from my order within a few hours. the chair is as comfy as tested in the showroom and worth the price. thanks again (~˘▾˘)~

The chairs were comfortable but the edge of the seat has a slight scratch, not sure if warranty covers. Will be good if they can indicate a delivery time in advance so we can be at home during that hour, given it’s a bulky item.

Got this chair during SITEX and have been using it since. Very good quality and comfortable chair for its price and the staff were super helpful and patient with my queries regarding the chair! They opted to help me switch my chair when there was a problem with it and the service was very good and fast! Thank you and keep up the great work! Looking forward to your future products!

The chair is comfotable and replaces my current chair. Super worth the money and highly recommended for those who thinks you will sit on the chair for long hours.

I received this as a birthday gift from my husband. Tried out APOL products before at road shows and had always intended to get from them, but the model I got, made out of Fabric, was even better than I had expected! Chair feels like a bed now, and the wheels are smoother than anything I've ever used. Excellent, would recommend.

Did not test APOL chairs in real life before purchasing. Saw online brochure and read reviews.
Got the fabric variant of the Classic series.
Wish the Classic series armrest handles comes with locking mechanism or was more rigid so it doesn't rotate/turn too easily.
The mechanism for adjusting the backrest and armrest was not as smooth but maybe that's just me being fussy.
That said, overall APOL's Classic Series is of decent build and definitely value for money. 👍

Overall the chair is good with very comfortable material. The only thing is that apol provides only 1 year warranty and also not provide free leather cleaner for customers.

Lumbar pillows are okay

I was looking for a comfortable chair for my mother and my friends knew that I was looking at some gaming chairs.

They chanced upon this brand when they were at SITEX2019 and shared pictures and the comfort of the chair while they were there. However I was not able to go to SITEX and I did some research on the online reviews as compared to the brand that I was looking at. I then got to know about their booth in Bookfest2019 after reaching out to them on Facebook messenger, so I brought my mum over to try out the chair in Suntec. Surprisingly, Apol was more comfortable than the big brand that I was looking at and the Sphinx design suits my mum’s physique very well. I ended up buying it on the spot without any hesitation.

Chair arrived at my place a few days ago and comfort of Sphinx was great as per the display set in BookFest2019. No regrets in this decision

Bought the set at sitex with discount. Worth getting these as it is more comfortable for me.

Was offered a good deal, so I bought 6 of these babies for my office. It seems that all of us much prefer the snug Kraken compared to the wider Behemoth. My colleagues and I love them. They are comfortable to a point I almost fell asleep at my desk, especially with the upgraded lumbar support. The upgraded head rest is kinda useless IMO, the standard one seems more suited to my head.

The product is amazing, comfortable and affordable.
The staff is responsive and fast to responds when there are missing items on the PO.
