It is nice to have a kennel incorporated into our decor. Bethany and her husband kept us updated every step of the way and accommodated our customization requests. The kennel arrived within the quoted delivery time. It was delivered fully assembled (minus the legs) and carefully packaged. My dogs love this kennel and we have received so many compliments from our friends and family. I would highly recommend B&B Kustom Kennels to anyone looking to upgrade their current ugly wire crate. We have two large German Shepherd dogs and the kennel is perfect. They have plenty of room to move around comfortably. It fits great with the house and looks amazing. Craftsmanship is great!!! Our dogs love their new beds. Definitely worth the money!

Bethany and Brody created a work of art that serves as beds for my two dogs, Sammi and Cooper. I previously had two crates sitting in the middle of my office that took up a lot of space as well as looking pretty ugly. A B & B Kustom Kennels ad popped up on my facebook and I was very interested in what I saw. I went on their website and started checking the different things offered. I decided this was exactly what I (and my pups) needed. I placed an order and soon after Bethany called me. We talked for quite awhile, and I felt I made a really good friend! I ended up telling her the story of how I ended up having TWO dogs when I always said I would NEVER own even one! My husband was a firefighter and my best friend! In 2008 he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I had a management position with Kaiser Permanente. My boss allowed me to work from home so I could be with and take care of him while he was undergoing treatment. We turned our formal dining room into an office. He fought a very brave and painful fight, but unfortunately, passed away four months later. I reached a point where I could barely get out of bed. My daughter talked me into getting a puppy that I did not want! I promptly kept trying to give her away as it seemed too much to handle. Thankfully, no one could take her. She made it so I had to get up every morning to take care of her and gradually we fell in love with each other ?. A year later, my daughter talked me into getting another puppy as a companion to Sammi. I immediately tried to give Cooper away, but again, no one could take him. Again, we fell in love with each other, but more importantly, they fell in love with each other. Sammi mothers Cooper and keeps him in line. They wrestle and play together all the time. I have turned my office into almost a small shrine in Jerome’s memory. I was acquiring a second dog and I didn’t want two bulky kennels in my family room so I did some research to find a kennel that looked like a piece of furniture. I ordered the XL double kennel and I couldn’t wait for it to be delivered. It is beautiful and well built and my dogs have plenty of room to lounge inside. Visitors to my house always rave about the kennel and want to know where I got it. The company has great customer service! Well worth the wait and the price.

When I told my family and friends that we custom ordered a dog kennel for our beagle rescues, I was given a lot of jokes and teasing. But now that they have seen it, they are so envious (mostly the other puppies are envious). It is absolutely beautiful, it arrived as promised, and after assembling the short legs, we were ready for lots of snuggling. The girls have adjusted well and go in on their own and rest. From the beginning, Bethany was amazing to work with. She called right after our order was placed just to touch base and give us all the info on how our order would work and shipping details. We waited *patiently* and within the turnaround she gave us, we got the email to let us know our doggie den was in the works and on it’s way. Shipping was fast and it arrived in perfect condition. Words can’t describe how pleased we are with the looks and quality of our doggie den. It’s gorgeous and looks perfect in our living room! You can definitely tell there is a lot of love put into these creations. And we especially liked the tag inside the door, with the scripture reference. But of course, the most important part is whether our dogs actually liked it and the true test came early the next morning when we normally would hear whining and barking to get out of their kennel. Not this time! Pure, peaceful quiet! Even when they heard us up and going, still no noise. That is the best way to say they LOVE their new bed. Thank you so much B&B and without a doubt we do not regret this purchase and 100% recommend any dog owner doing the same, even with the wait time! It’s totally worth the wait!

It was super easy to unpack and set up, and looks beautiful in my apartment. The wait time was cut down, and someone was in touch with me the whole time. The second I set it up, Chickie ran right in, and snuggled up – I have no issue feeling bad leaving her at home now, because half of the time she refuses to get out of her bed! It’s so cozy, and creates a real special space for her. Thank you!!!

Absolutely love our Double Dog Kennel, fits very well with our decor. We are currently using it as a couch table as well. Everyone compliments on us and thinks it a great idea. Customer service was top notch and the experience we had was great.

We just received out double large kennel. What a fabulous and useful piece of furniture! We absolutely love it! The dogs love it too. The Dachshund steals a spot when she gets a chance. Well worth the wait and the expense.

We received our Kustom Kennel the other day and we absolutely love it! It's beautiful, it has made my house look more homey now that the ugly wire crates are gone. Was a bit nervous how the actual occupants of the kennel would feel about it but they had no problem at all transitioning to it. In fact I think they like it better, more room to stretch out! So glad we made this purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone 'thinking' about doing the same!

I have waited about 6 months to write my review to see if I noticed anything I would change or didn't like. They have been a fantastic addition to both or bedroom and our family room.I wondered if my dog would have a hard time transitioning from his old crate to this one and without even asking him to kennel he went right in. I would have loved to get him the largest option but thankfully before construction we measured and realized we couldn't get it through the bedroom door. He is about 80 pounds and had surgery on his leg when he was younger which made me want the extra room to move around. While I wish I could have fit the other size this size does work for us. Sometimes I find him curled up in there on his own.As I mentioned I changed my order. Bethany was very accommodating and wanted to make sure I was happy with my custom kennel. I give both Bethany and Brody A+ for customer service as well as craftsmanship. Thank you both for creating a beautiful piece of furniture that doubles as a home for my dog when I am not home. It looks fantastic AND keeps him safe. When you need something all of the time for destructive dogs this is the way to go for sure!

We got a double doggie den for our two smaller dogs and a bigger single for our medium size girl. From start to finish, everything was great! Top notch customer service, and these kennels are soooo well made. Our driver from the trucking company was so sweet, too. We couldn't be happier. Worth the wait. Love, love, love!

I highly recommend B&B Kustom Kennel Doggie Dens to anyone considering an upgrade from wire or plastic kennels. I have an 80lb lab rescue dog and two small miniature dachshunds and ordered the LG Double Doggie Den. Visually these kennels are unique and beautifully finished. Not only is the double den a solid handcrafted piece of furniture, but a roomy side by side option for multiple dogs. With the doors open my dogs like to lay inside with their paws hanging out, very comfy and cozy. Bethany and Brody made sure the order was exactly what I needed (color and size) and truly care about their customers, not just the business. The pictures say it all. Thanks B&B. Start to finish, they made the ordering process so simple & easy. During the build, every few days we would receive a phone call on the progress of our kennel and also when it was ready to ship. Packing was awesome. It was delivered to us all the way in Alabama & there were no scratches or dents. Absolutely love our XL kennel! It out did our expectations.
