B&B Kustom Kennels

Just got it today and I love it and so do my 3 small dogs, they can see everything and feel included. My Dachshund will not get out of the kennel. She is in love with it.

I LOVE our Double XL Doggie Den! The quality is fantastic! Bethany was wonderful to work with. All of my emails/questions were answered promptly. She was beyond accommodating and helpful. The entire process was 5 Star from beginning to end. I love supporting a local company, especially when the quality of work is amazing! I am so beyond ecstatic and so are my labs. The wait was SO worth it!

We ordered 2 XL doggie dens…1 for our 2 English Bulldogs and 1 for our 2 German Shepherds. We LOVE them and so do the dogs. If the doors are open they will always go to “their room” never ever a problem. Arrived in said time, construction is solid, this piece is absolutely gorgeous! Nice and roomy on top for lamps and pictures, etc. It’s a loved piece of furniture. If you are hesitant…DONT BE!! You can’t believe how much prettier it is than wire cages!! Bethany and Brody provide wonderful products with with customer service!! So happy with these Thank you!!

This is the most gorgeous, sturdy, beautiful…I can’t even think of all the adjectives to discribe this kennel. I ordered this is August 2016 and just received it today January 9, 2017 and I’m not regretting this investment one bit!!! Top quality and some of the best customer service! I love how Bethany makes sure the order was received properly when it’s first placed and then confirms the order a week before construction starts. I don’t think I could say how beautiful and amazing it is already. Can’t wait to have years of enjoyment and use with it!!

We are so pleased with the Doggie Den. But the real test was for our precious dogs, and they LOVE IT! So many people have admired the Doggie Den and have shown interest in getting one for themselves. My sister is looking into getting one for her cats as well. The customer service throughout the entire process was spot on. You all are an amazing company that will be around for years to come. Kennel: it looks well made.. fits perfectly with out living room and most important of all the dogs love it. From the first night they slept in it without complaints and go lay down in there throughout the day. Craftsmanship is top notch. Customer service: the team were awesome. Answered all my email inquiries in a timely manner and always kept me informed. I love this product and definitely will suggest it. Even when the dogs are gone it’s something I can use as furniture for maybe storages it’s that nice. And my toddler loves playing in it too

We got our XL Double Doggie Den delivered today. Wow! What a well made product. Our 65 lb German Shepherd and 55 lb Chocolate Lab love the upgrade from their old plastic kennel crates. They now have more room to stretch out and have a better view through the bars. It is an expensive purchase, but well worth every cent. Wish we had found B&B Kustom Kennels sooner!

We purchased the Double XL in grey with a coffee top and it is beautiful!! Our two huskies love it and they look amazing in it too! There is plenty of room for them to be together or separated by the divider. Wire kennels are incredibly ugly, and I am beyond happy that there is another option. Thank you!!!!!!

Received my custom order double Doggy Den right before the holidays and absolutely love it. I have received many glowing comments from friends and my dogs love it. It looks so nice in my dining room and finally glad to get rid of the ugly wire crate. Thank you for updates and great customer service. We’ve owned our Doggie Den XL for our three Mini Doxies and couldn’t be more happy with it. I never dealt with Bethany or Brody since my wife had ordered it. To be honest I thought it was a waste of money spending that much money on a Kennel. But my wife makes her own money and I was like do what you please to spend on. So when it arrived when my wife was out of town I checked it out and the craftsmanship was impeccable. And have been totally happy with how it’s been holding up. It’s been 9 months since we’ve owned it. And surprisingly we got a Christmas Card from the Bethany and Brody, with their company growing it was nice to see they still have the time to reach out to their customers.

Our dog crates have been such an eye sore in our home for years. The kennels from B&B are beautiful and in addition to being a comfy place for our dogs to sleep, they also compliment our home as a very unique pieces of furniture! Bethany was very helpful with assisting us with picking out colors, and even creating custom colors as well! Excellent and beautiful quality dog kennels, as well as superb customer service!!

I highly recommend B&B Kustom Kennel Doggie Dens to anyone considering an upgrade from wire or plastic kennels. I have an 80lb lab rescue dog and two small miniature dachshunds and ordered the LG Double Doggie Den. Visually these kennels are unique and beautifully finished. Not only is the double den a solid handcrafted piece of furniture, but a roomy side by side option for multiple dogs. With the doors open my dogs like to lay inside with their paws hanging out, very comfy and cozy. Bethany and Brody made sure the order was exactly what I needed (color and size) and truly care about their customers, not just the business. The pictures say it all. Thanks B&B. We ordered ours back in August and it was just delivered within the time frame promised. We ordered a large double doggie den for our two English Bulldogs and Frenchie. It is more beautiful in person–photos do not do it justice! Bethany was so patient with us as we went back and forth with our stain choice. Ultimately we went with the Graphite (after considering several custom options) and it looks great in our traditional adobe home! The dogs love it. We purchased plastic trays from Petsmart to put on the bottom and utilized the bitter apple spray to deter our sometimes destructive Frenchie. Shipping was so easy, just unwrap, screw on the legs and enjoy!!! It really fits into the decor of our house. I can’t believe we lived with an ugly wire crate for so many years! Highly recommend!

Super easy to order and the customer service went well above and beyond. We are extremely happy with this piece of furniture and love that it fits in with our home decor. We have purchased an large doggie den for our Scottish Terrier and Border Collie. We received the furniture by freight in great condition and already for use. The only thing we had to do was add the screw on legs and buy trays to fit. We could not find dog beds the right size so my wife is making our own from foam and hand slip covers. Our den fits in our living area as a piec of furniture we will have for many years, as both our dogs are puppies less than a year old. We really appreciate the customer service during the process, and the wait was well worth it.

We are very happy with our new Doggie Den. It’s functional and it’s also a sturdy, beautiful piece of furniture. Our dogs seem to be adjusting nicely to their new home. Bethany was also great to work with- she keeps you updated every step of the way and is very responsive. Extremely happy with the company and the product!

We absolutely love it and even more our 140lb Rottweiler loves it as well. Within 2 hrs of having it he is hanging out and sleeping like a baby(with the door open)! He never slept in his ugly wife kennel! We are very impressed with customer service as well as the packaging and shipping. I look forward to decorating it. Well worth it!
