Love my new double doggie den! It's so beautiful! And the dogs love it as well!

I absolutely love the look and I get compliments all the time. There was a little hiccup with the shipping but dealing with Bethany was great, kind and understanding. I would totally recommend it. I did give it 4 stars only cuz if you have a chewer like my pit/lab mix I wouldn’t recommend this because he chews on the wood, I have even tried the bitter spray it doesn’t seem to deter him. Bethany and Brody I wish you the best of luck with your small business I believe it will be a great success you have an AWESOME product.

We couldn't be happier with our double doggie den. We are finally able to rid our home of those ugly wire kennels! We have had several people in our home since receiving our doggie den and all have been as impressed as were are by the quality craftsmanship, functionality and great addition to our decor.

Yes, the wait is long, but well worth it! The doggie den is beautiful which makes me happy. However, it is spacious which makes Dakota happy!! She can finally sit fully upright or stretch completely out. Yeah! I love your product, your amazing customer service, and your fun media posts. I’m so happy to support such a great little company!

From the time of order to the time of delivery I felt like a first class customer. Workmanship of the double dog den is amazing. Our dogs love it and so do we because it fits into our home and spoils our pups with comfort instead of ugly wire Kennels. Worth the wait!

I don’t even like calling them kennels because my girl loves her sleep den. It looks beautiful in my living room and I feel it has even helped with her separation anxiety. I had her old ugly wire kennel in the spare bedroom and when we would leave she was tucked away. With her knew sleep den it’s in the living room she can see everything, hear the t.v. and if someone rings the door her barking can be heard so just in case there’s someone at the door that shouldn’t be. Plus when our piece came I think due to the different temp change one of the panels had split. I emailed Bethany and in less then 24 hours she had a team come out take it and fix it and return it, it was awesome!! Thank you Bethany excellant !!!

Just got ours today; an xl single in antique white with a gray top finish and it's BEAUTIFUL. It arrived in absolutely perfect condition and completely put together. It clearly states on the website that there is a 30 to 32 week wait. We purchased our kennel back in January 2017 and had no problems waiting this long to receive it. I would gladly wait again for a piece this beautiful. Thank you so much; our Charlie is extremely happy

From the personalized customer service in answering all my questions, to the delivery and the actual crating of the kennel itself to be shipped, I was thoroughly impressed with it all! The wait was long, though we knew this from the start, but worth EVERY minute. Our dogs love their double dog den, it is a decorative piece in our dining area, rather than ugly wire kennels. The craftsmanship of the kennel itself is amazing and you can tell that attention to detail is important. The kennel draws attention from everyone who visits and they can’t believe how nice it actually is! Pictures just do not do it justice…so much better in person. Thank you for the amazing kennel for our pups.

I discovered these amazing kennels a little less than a year ago on a Facebook post. I was in LOVE with them the second I saw them. I have a dog with a spine injury so when I am away she needs to be in a safe place, a kennel. I hated the look of the wire kennels but it was really my only option. Now I have a beautiful piece of furniture I am happy to display. My girls are in the heart of the home when I am away instead of tucked in a corner. And they have a beautiful space where they both can stretch out or snuggle. I ordered at the end of December when the wait time was 30-32 weeks. I got my doggie den a little over a week ago so it was ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier with the product!

It is so pretty. I got the antique white with coffee top. My puppy loves it now. He is a beagle so he doesn’t like change so he was a little scared at first but he jumps in it now when it’s time to go in. I’m rescuing a beagle puppy this weekend so will probably be ordering another one. But since this beagle is a rescue I need to wait and see exactly what size she will be before I order.

Bethany and BB Kustom Kennels have been amazing to work with. When we first purchased we were hesitant on the quality, how our dogs would like it and having to wait 6 months for the product. However, it has been above and beyond expectations. Our oldest pup who even hates kennels will go inside it and enjoys it. Our dog who gets anxious in kennels truly loves the space. This product has been well worth it. I would highly recommend and am even considering another one so we can have on upstairs and one down. Awesome product with even better customer service!!

Great piece of workable furniture.

We love our new doggy den. Went with pure white and a grey top. It is even more attractive in person, if you can believe it! Everyone who sees it wants one. Our dog is 31 pounds and has tons of extra room.

Very nice kennels, but so long delivery time.
