Yotpo: Loyalty Rewards Program (formerly Swell) is a loyalty and rewards app that help you boost sales & retention with points, and pop-ups. With Yotpo Loyalty - Judge.me integration, you can send customized rewards when your customers leave a review. In this article, we'll show you how to enable this integration.
How to enable this integration
Step 1:
Install Judge.me (Awesome plan) and Yotpo Loyalty (Premium plan).
Step 2:
From Yotpo Loyalty dashboard, go to Programs > Earning Points. Then click Start a New Campaign.
Step 3:
Create a Custom Action called judgeme_review, and fill in other details.
Step 4:
Contact Yotpo Support and request your Merchant ID (Note: Merchant ID is different from your Account ID).
To retrieve the API Key, navigate to your Yotpo Loyalty Admin > Settings > General Settings
Step 5:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Search for Yotpo, then click the Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards integration card.
Choose Enable Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards, then enter the Merchant ID and API Key.
After you have enabled the integration, your customers can sign up for an account on your store, and receive points by submitting a review. In order for customers to sign up for an account, make sure that you have enabled the Customer Accounts in Shopify.
