Community Guidelines for Engagement

Read the guidelines for posting, engaging, and building trust in the Judge.me Community forums.

We believe that trust starts right here, with how we interact as a collective of professionals.

These guidelines are designed to ensure our community remains a transparent, authentic, and empowering space where merchants can scale with confidence. Please keep our shared values in mind when posting.

1. Transparency over promotion

To maintain the integrity of our forums, we have a strict no-pitch policy.

Passion, not pitching

The forums aren't for self-promotion or affiliate linking. The one exception: your introduction post. Share your store link there, and use it to show us what you're building and why you're passionate about it — that context helps your peers and lets your brand's authenticity lead.

Contextual insight

Outside of introductions, only share links when they're directly relevant to a technical troubleshooting question or a request for store design feedback.

2. Maintaining a fair and safe environment

To promote a balanced commercial environment, we protect our members from unfair practices.

Zero tolerance for hostility

Our voice is professional and acknowledging. Any form of threatening language, harassment, or personal attacks will result in immediate removal from the community.

Respect the person, critique the idea

We cultivate an open, honest marketplace of ideas. If you disagree with a peer, do so directly and respectfully, focusing on the business challenge rather than the individual.

Protecting privacy

Respect the proprietary nature of others' business data. Sharing someone else's sensitive information without consent is a breach of the trust that drives this community.

3. Empowering the community

We equip you with tools to responsibly manage your reputation.

Help us Moderate
